We stopped for the night, for 8 hours. There is no hourly payment, it was paid per day. They forced me to take an extra room, because the room is for two, and the child needs a separate room with a bed. But a set of slippers and shower gels for one, the attitude is Stupid to charge money for nothing. The staff leaves much to be desired. In the morning, a hungover-looking woman came to check the room. It's better to spend the night in a tent somewhere than there.

We arrived late in the evening, we needed to spend the night, that is, we needed half a night, even less. We checked into the so-called VIP room! From the word VIP, one name and one price!!!! 20,000 tenge. But at least the room is newly renovated. We were waiting at 23.00 for the room to be cleaned, it was cleaned terribly, the entire floor in the toilet was stained with unknown things, it was obvious that the floor had not been washed for several days. We waited about 40 minutes for the bed linen to be brought to us, which was apparently still drying or ironing, when they brought one pillowcase that was burned with an iron. And we tucked it into the bed ourselves. The bedding is synthetic, it doesn't smell fresh. There is a TV in the room that is not even connected to the antenna, which simply does not exist, how can I watch it?)))) There is no air conditioning, the room is small, but there is a double-glazed window. In general, you can still write a lot about this vip room, and in general about the hotel and the disgusting attitude of the staff!!!! In my opinion, this is not a hotel, but a diner where people are forced to stay for the night, since there are almost no hotels in this city, and if there are, they are all occupied) And also, those who are traveling with a child, please note that if you decide to stay in a vip room, you will be forced to buy a second room, since their room is designed for two!!!! And the director forbids us to put a third person in the room for an extra seat, because they don't have them and they don't know what it is at all !!! The total was charged 40,000 tenge for three of us (husband and wife, adult baby). (By forcing an adult child to buy a room) PS the standard rooms are generally terrible!!! When they showed them to us, I thought there might be something there to catch! They probably haven 't repaired them or bought bedding in them since the time of Stalin !

We were passing through. We were looking for a place to spend the night. The residents recommended this place. The station hotel. They took the Lux. Relatively clean. Everything is very worn and battered. The audibility is 100%. We "rested" behind the wall - we didn't fall asleep until the drinking was over. The place is definitely not for families with children. The staff is polite. An epic steam locomotive is installed nearby in the square. There is no desire to visit this place again. 😂
