Order N151 504, placed an order at 20:10, they called me at 22:00 with the words "We will not send your delivery today, let's postpone it to tomorrow", which led to the logical question "why was I not informed about this right away?", if they had informed me right away, I would have had time to go to shop and get the product I need. I politely pointed out that there was no mistake or fault of mine and that I could not accept delivery for tomorrow, because I needed the goods today, offered to find an alternative, was ready to throw money into an account unknown to me and pay for delivery by taxi, to which I was answered "Packers work until 10, well the shops are open until 11, go buy if you need to." Trying to further argue that it was not my fault and let's come up with something, I asked to call the administrator so that we could come to some kind of consensus, to which consultant Ksenia simply said that she was postponing delivery and hung up.
And I perfectly understand the consultant, but if I had been informed in advance, and not at 22:00, and would not have been sent with the words "if you need it, go to the store, it works until 11" everything would be fine
