A masterpiece of the late Byzantine era, preserved in excellent condition. There are many interesting frescoes. There are souvenir shops around and one wonderful cafe-restaurant with a sea view. Parking nearby is paid, but if you drive into the alleys, you can park for free.

I liked it, it was very atmospheric. It's hard, of course, to look at Christian images in such a state, many have their eyes gouged out. Now there is a mosque there (as in most former Christian churches), we were only in the vestibule. Entrance to the territory is free

We walked from the port using the navigator back to Meydan Square by taxi for 200 lire. A beautiful place, it stands on a hill. In addition to the temple itself, which is magnificent, there are also beautiful views of the sea. There are two entrances to the mosque, one entrance to the mosque itself, you can go there, but you need to keep order, you need to take off your shoes and be dressed appropriately for visiting such a place. On the walls you can see the remains of frescoes with images of saints. The temple was built in the middle of the 13th century. The place is well maintained, admission is free, there is a toilet, a small cafe and souvenir shops on site.
