Excellent apartment. Beautiful view of the sunset and the embankment. In fact, you have your own restaurant with panoramic views on the balcony. In the very center. 1 minute to the big beach (not to be confused with the beach where there are restaurant tables). There's a migros store across the street. There is everything you need. In the courtyard, where there is parking, there is a chic cafe for locals. Delicious food, affordable prices. The apartment is not new, but there is a well-functioning air conditioner, refrigerator, microwave, gas stove, even a dishwasher, and all necessary utensils. The minimum required for cooking. We liked everything very much. I recommend.
