I bought a double bed with a mattress. The sales consultant is a girl named Arai. She said that the mattress was in another warehouse, but everything would be delivered the next day, closer to 10-11 o'clock at night. The case was installed, there are no complaints, those guys are great. But the store was very disappointed with the mattress, it was not brought in. Arai ignores calls. They explained why, and I agreed. They arrived the next day, and the room began to fill with a sickening smell of mold or dampness. I started calling the consultant, asking him to at least pick up this mattress like a human being, since the smell is already all over the apartment. Of course, why eliminate the "jamb" if the product has already been sold and look back at the customer's feelings. And so my request remained unsatisfied. The loggia is open all day and is now open all night. It is impossible to stay in the apartment. Imagine my condition now, instead of sleeping peacefully. Moral damage has been caused!
