Hole. It may be normal in summer, but absolutely not in winter. It blows from all the cracks (should I use a sealant? No, you haven't heard), there is no hot water around the clock. The air conditioner is barely blowing on the heating, it's hellish cold from the floor. It is better to pay an additional 400 rubles and move to a normal one (as I did)
