An iconic place in Almaty's neighborhoods, in the past the famous Tushpara with liver in a shell and fights after a disco in the park of the 50th anniversary of October, now the Family Park. So far, the cuisine, especially the barbecue, is excellent. The area seems a bit neglected, but call it antiquity and everything will fall into place. The prices are reasonably affordable, and there's a lot of music in the evenings.
