The developer is a fraud. 1) we have signed a contract for the purchase of KV . A 7.5 sq m storage room was specified in the contract. As a result, we were given 4 sq. m. They wrote a written statement, to which they replied that under the contract they could change the terms of everything that did not change the layout of the SQ or something like that.In general, they have created a contract so that they can now mislead people.They can prescribe a storage room of 10 sq m in the contract, and give out 1 sq m because it is allowed under the contract. 2) Basements are always being heated, although when building houses they promised that the house would not be heated like that. 3) when concluding the contract, they messed up with the execution of the contract.the bank noticed the jamb and called back that the bank needed an amended contract.I had to travel for 3 hours to sit in line so that they would issue an amended contract, although they screwed up themselves!!
