Rented a car for six days. The car itself is not old, the interior is smoky, but I think this is normal in Turkey. On the fifth day of renting a car, some liquid that neutralizes exhaust gases ran out, I was asked to buy it at a gas station and pour it in, since it was impossible to operate the car without it any further. I did so. when I gave the car away, I asked to give it back later for 2 hours, taking into account the fact that I bought this liquid for 175 Lira, they answered "OK" and after that I decided to pay for the hotel for a day, but sleep there until the evening. after paying for the hotel, a couple of hours later, the car's landlord wrote to me that if I stayed for 2 hours, I would have to pay for the day and was told that it was my duty to pour this liquid. I specified where it is provided for in the lease agreement, and nothing was answered to me. As a result, I had to arrive 2 hours later, because I paid for the hotel, my deposit of 1500 Liras and money for refueling the liquid were not returned to me. I do not recommend this office!
