Very beautiful and romantic place

We spent 2 days glamping in Ayusai, a wonderful place, had a great rest! Very comfortable houses, we lived in a 4-bed, everything is there for convenience, very warm, comfortable beds, shower, hot water, comfortable pillows) an excellent campfire area on the street, went to the waterfalls, the children spent a wonderful 2 days without phones, were constantly busy building ice slides, then walking. The connection is not catching, but it turned out that this is for the best. Detox from all modern benefits of civilization) we took food with us, but it turned out that there were no problems with food, it was very tasty in Tara's coffee shop and very cozy and delicious in Shopan cafe! The fireplace is a separate love! Overall, this holiday exceeded all our expectations and we will definitely be coming back! Thanks to the staff of the visit center, they helped in solving any issues!

Beautiful and modern in appearance. It's nice to relax here after the track. There is a good selection of souvenirs and merch and not bad cuisine. But despite the proximity to the city, there are constant problems with the transfer, the bus is canceled, the Internet does not work and you cannot call a taxi. In general, a person without their own car may encounter difficulties when visiting this place.

Beautiful view from the right side of the center towards the river. If we compare it with my favorite Gorelnik business center, then the menu was not impressed in Ayusai and the tables are not with such a beautiful panoramic view. It would be more interesting if the tables were located on the west side of the center. Then people would look at the beautiful view during the meal, and not at the parking lot with a bald mountain.

A good arrangement. There are places to relax and have a snack, but there are not enough equipped places for everyone on weekends. It is good that there are electric cars for climbing to the first waterfall. The area is quite clean. It is nice to see the stone work of a famous sculptor, both near the waterfall and in the area of the cultural center. There are not enough umbrellas or some kind of sun/rain shelters. There are few toilets and access is only inside the center. There is no need to talk about parking, the allocated space is categorically not enough on weekends. There are problems with access to cellular networks. Wifi only catches near the center.

Soooo much can be written. There are just a lot of people on the weekend!!! But the recreation area is cool.
Fresh rest and the beauty of nature. We climb the Ayusai peak. We are making picnics along the river obsolete. A booth with delicious coffee has opened. Baristas are men and it's cool to make delicious coffee. Women are often unhappy) the bitter truth. That's why I'm happy when the staff is male.
Tara's restaurant has disappointed us not ONCE, how many times we visit disrespectful service, negligent attitude, as if they work for one day.
There are barbecues opposite. We ask them to take care of and clean up the garbage. A little further there are yurts of cafes.
Well, there is a car that carries 3000 tenge per person to the waterfall

Be prepared to pay 500tg per person on the way in the form of an environmental fee.
From the visitor center up the trail there is a picturesque mountain river with three waterfalls.
In general, it is a great option to take a walk in the mountains with friends.
Of the cons: the Internet is almost not working, it is difficult to call a taxi back if you are without a car.

The visit center itself is decorated well, the kitchen in the rest is delicious, the bathrooms are clean, the Wi-Fi is fast.
I don't care about the prices for merch, you will find out the price, by the way, only at the checkout, there are almost no price tags on anything. I gave 1,900 tenge for a sticker pack on a piece of A5 paper. The print is ordinary, not even waterproof.
I often come here, but every time I have not very pleasant memories of how people are being ripped off here for little things that they would like to buy as a keepsake.

The cent itself is very beautiful and modern. But the service in the restaurant leaves much to be desired. We were on a weekday with a small landing, we carried coffee for 20 minutes. Sour soup was brought to my friend, and when asked to correct the situation, the same soup was brought again, but it was warmed up. Despite the fact that the friend refused the soup, it was included in the bill and crossed out only upon repeated reminder. The restaurant has a very small menu, despite the fact that there is a playground and many with children, there is no children's menu, and there is nothing but soup for children. There is co-working, a space for work, but the Internet has not been conducted yet, and the connection is very bad. There is a small stand with branded goods.
