They've gone completely bad. They don't know how to work with an order: three days ago they ordered for today at 10-11 a.m., as a result, they stupidly forgot about the order and began to feed it in "10-15 minutes" and so an hour passed, well, at least they returned the money. When asked to call the manager, they answered no, and with a smile like go wherever you want, we don't care. PS: it wasn't the first time we ordered, but it was the last time with such incompetent staff.
