Probably the best place to have dinner in Bukhara. This is a quiet, cozy and very atmospheric place in the very center of Bukhara. The restaurant is located in an old house, has an open-air courtyard, a terrace under a high roof supported by wooden carved pillars, and an interior with an exquisite interior. Our meal was accompanied by live music, which a skilled pianist performed on the piano. We ordered freshly squeezed watermelon and melon juices, borscht, fricassee, cutlets with mashed potatoes and red fish. Everything is very, very tasty. Borscht is cooked according to the correct recipe, vegetables are passioned in it, sour cream was served separately in a bowl.
Of the minuses: no sweets were served to us for tea, even if there could be even a handful of dried fruits, which would seem logical for Uzbekistan and Bukhara in particular.

An incredible place in terms of atmosphere and food! I've been there twice. Very nice guys are working, the menu is varied. Delicious meat is made (beef ribs and kebab lula fire!), a large cocktail list. Excellent coffee (a rarity for Bukhara). And of course, pilaf, which is not on the menu, but you can catch it before 16:00.

Очень атмосферный ресторан. Блюда правда больше европейские. Но есть и узбекские блюда. Сам ресторан внутри старинного еврейского дома. Все вкусно и сервис очень трогательно заботливый. Цены средние, чуть дороже чем в городе. Все блюда вкусные. Рекомендую попробовать куриную лапшу - она режется вручную очень тонко. Шашлык из баранины - просто превосходный. Само место - предполагает романтическое уединение. Всем рекомендую. Отель, кстати, тоже отличный. Кто любит старину - лучше не придумать. Только учтите - что такси к этому месту не поймать из-за узких улочек и пешеходных зон.

There are practically no dishes of national cuisine on the menu. We ordered meat in Bukhara and beef on a bone, we liked both dishes. The children were ordered Alfredo pasta and Carbonara, but neither looked like itself. It seemed that both pastas were seasoned with mayonnaise, although the waiter assured them that it was with cream sauce. In general, the restaurant did not leave any vivid impressions.

A beautiful and delicious place! Don't be surprised by its location in a quiet street of Bukhara. I definitely recommend it! You will certainly be busy looking at the numerous openwork patterns and drawings that decorate the walls of the room.
The cuisine is decent, closer to European. The staff is very attentive and friendly.

This is the first restaurant we visited in Bukhara. A very beautiful authentic interior, the service is not fast, the portions are small. We had lunch, my husband liked the hodgepodge, my chicken soup was quite thin, some thin noodles and a couple pieces of chicken meat. The loin of lamb was overcooked and a little dry. Not a bad strudel. Prices are in Moscow. It's worth going for the interior.

Live music will accompany your evening. We got a table in the courtyard and it's great, because inside, the tables are very close to each other and it's not very comfortable. I can't recommend you to visit.
1. The cost of the dishes is simply prohibitive for Bukhara. At the same time, I took meat in Bukhara (it seems that it can be more authentic and should be top-end) in fact, it is impossible to eat meat - only veins.
2. 20% is automatically added for maintenance. At the same time, we waited for 15 minutes until the hostess was free and placed us. I asked the waiter for pepper, he said "yes, yes" and then I did not see him until the moment of the bill.
And they don't cook there fast. (I would not say that it is a minus, but at 20% over the minus bill)
In general, the site is beautifully written about their cuisine and the connection of traditions, in fact, a beautiful facade and only.

Потрясающее место, стоящее посещения! Атмосфера, еда, обслуживание, интерьер на высочайшем уровне. Все очень вкусное, стейки, котлеты, мясо, хлеб, супы-шеф и кухня знают свое дело. Место, которое точно запомнится и в которое захочется вернуться. Прекрасный антураж для трапезы, бесед и души. Однозначно посетите-не разочаруетесь. Цены соответствуют, не слишком высокие и не низкие.

Великолепное место! Очень атмосферное, уютное и красивое. Интересный интерьер, напоминающий летнюю резиденцию эмира в Бухаре)))
Вкусная еда, красивая подача и оформление блюд, хорошие порции )). Внимательные официанты и хорошее обслуживание.

Были вдвоём с женой, и всё очень понравилось: кухня, антураж, подача, обходительность официантов. Атмосферное место с настоящим восточным колоритом. Гиды нас "пугали", что "в ресторан можно попасть только по записи за неделю", но всё обошлось: просто пришли чуть пораньше, перед ужином, и места нашлись без проблем. Рекомендуем!

In the afternoon we went to book a table, we were confirmed that there would be live music from 20 o'clock. They came by this time, made an order, but after half an hour they found out that their promises about the music program turned out to be wrong. The evening was not a success. In addition, the ordered dishes were not impressed. Mastava is mostly rice alone, arugula salad with very high-quality ingredients is completely spoiled by vinegar. The restaurant is beautiful, the waiters are elegant, they work diligently. We had lunch at the Melody the day before. Everything is twice cheaper, three times tastier, but the outside loses. But it's better to go there.

Максимально честно: в центре старого города, рядом с памятником Ходже Насреддину. Отличная европейская кухня, шикарные порции. Лично у меня все блюда были свежайшие и очень вкусные. Сервис великолепный и важно, что неназойливый! Полноценный ужин, который я не смог до есть, с чайником восточного чая обошёлся в 200000 сум. Важно понимать, что место недёшевое. Но если есть возможность, оно того стоит!

Тихий, очень красивый ресторан в глубине небольшой улочки. Европейский сервис с узбекским колоритом. Очень понравилось. Еда очень приятная и достойная. Чаевые включены в счёт и это 20%!! Но, это особенность Узбекистана, тут всегда чаевые включены, меняется только размер. (20 это самое большое, что я встречал). Но, тем не менее, я рекомендую.
