Support does not answer the question why such an amount (more than 100 euros) is not indicated either in the tariffs or on the website. Plus, the write-off occurred only a month after the opening. I don't even know what to expect from this bank anymore.

Half of the payments and transfers do not go through without explanation, questions are answered every other time, and some of them are simply ignored. The application is disgusting, to change the currency you need to enter the exchange rate yourself! And if you entered it incorrectly, you will be rejected as usual without explanation. It is the worst bank in the world.
