Very low level of service. They called and said that in three or four hours the goods would be at the pick-up point and they could pick it up. I arrived four hours later. There was no product, it is not known when it will be, wait. And the staff started lying that they told me when I called that I needed to wait for an SMS about readiness. They didn't tell me anything like that. There was no apology or offer of free shipping. There is a recording of the conversation in confirmation.
