We stayed at this hotel in September.
Excellent clean new rooms, near a pond with birds, the sea is within walking distance.
Of the cons: a barbecue under the windows, smoke from the grill comes to your room around the clock, smoke and the smell of burning in the room + a disco is provided for you until 23 o'clock under the windows.
When asked by the administrator what to do with the burning, since it is impossible to breathe. We were told that during the construction of the hotel we did not agree with the local cafe

We had a rest in New Athos in September 2024 at the Azanta Hotel. I liked everything, the hotel is in a modern style with a new renovation, cozy clean rooms, especially the room with a balcony overlooking the lake. The room has everything you need, air conditioning, refrigerator, TV, separate light.
Timely cleaning of rooms and replacement of linen with towels. The location is very convenient, the sea is across the street, all the sights are within walking distance. There is a cool khachapurnaya nearby. The staff is very friendly, all issues are resolved in favor of the client. Special thanks to Inna the manager!
Only pleasant impressions remained.

I stayed at this hotel for a week. Overall, I am happy, I plan to come again)
Advantages:
excellent location, 40 meters to the sea with a beach, attentive hotel staff, good rooms, beds, linen. The room has a refrigerator, kettle, bathrobes and everything you need. Large balcony-loggia.
Small disadvantages: there is no ramp for suitcases, and the steps are large, there is no breakfast at the hotel.
