We had a rest in New Athos in September 2024 at the Azanta Hotel. I liked everything, the hotel is in a modern style with a new renovation, cozy clean rooms, especially the room with a balcony overlooking the lake. The room has everything you need, air conditioning, refrigerator, TV, separate light.
Timely cleaning of rooms and replacement of linen with towels. The location is very convenient, the sea is across the street, all the sights are within walking distance. There is a cool khachapurnaya nearby. The staff is very friendly, all issues are resolved in favor of the client. Special thanks to Inna the manager!
Only pleasant impressions remained.

A wonderful hotel, there is everything for a comfortable stay, responsive pleasant staff, the interior of the room is beyond praise! The view from the room is a delight! An excellent khachapurnaya is located in the same building. The only drawback is the thin walls, but when you return to the hotel after walks or excursions, it does not bother at all, especially if you sit on the balcony with a glass of wine in the evening :)

We stayed at this hotel in September.
Excellent clean new rooms, near a pond with birds, the sea is within walking distance.
Of the cons: a barbecue under the windows, smoke from the grill comes to your room around the clock, smoke and the smell of burning in the room + a disco is provided for you until 23 o'clock under the windows.
When asked by the administrator what to do with the burning, since it is impossible to breathe. We were told that during the construction of the hotel we did not agree with the local cafe

A wonderful hotel located in a beautiful picturesque place.
The hotel is new, with excellent stylish renovation. The rooms have all the necessary accessories for living: shaving kits, brushes and toothpastes, towels, drinking water, slippers and bathrobes.
The hotel building is located on a lake where swans swim, next to a beautiful park with birds, illumination and various plants. To reach the sea, you need to cross the road - and you are already on a beautiful pebble beach.
You can come to the hotel for a long time or for a couple of days - it is suitable for travelers on their own, couples, and families.
The administrators are very polite and pleasant: they are always ready to help, they receive guests with warmth and cordiality.
I recommend the hotel from the bottom of my heart!!!

I stayed at this hotel for a week. Overall, I am happy, I plan to come again)
Advantages:
excellent location, 40 meters to the sea with a beach, attentive hotel staff, good rooms, beds, linen. The room has a refrigerator, kettle, bathrobes and everything you need. Large balcony-loggia.
Small disadvantages: there is no ramp for suitcases, and the steps are large, there is no breakfast at the hotel.

I really liked the hotel, we stayed there in July 2024.
The price and quality match!
The room is clean. There are bathrobes, slippers, a dental kit, a shaving kit (which is rare), shampoo, shower gel, a hair dryer. The shower room is modern. We had a room with a balcony, there is a table and chairs on it, as well as a cocoon in the evening for relaxing, a view of swan lake, you can also see the sea across the street and the monastery.
All the sights are within walking distance, we walked everywhere. The sea is 2 meters away ) The location is very good!
The staff is friendly and helpful, helped when there were health problems, special thanks to them for this!!!!Thanks to this hotel and the staff!!!

I join the positive reviews. The hotel is nice and modern. It is surrounded by a park and a pond. The beach is across the street from the hotel. In the same building there is a khachapurnaya and a couple of cafes (do not belong to the hotel). The only negative is the music in the evenings in one of the cafes. The sound is too loud, you can hear everything in the rooms, it beats up to 11. And the repertoire is a seam. Something needs to be done about it 🤷

We checked into the hotel on December 31, 2024, early in the morning. We were immediately provided with a room, as it was free and did not wait for check-in until 2 o'clock, for which we are very grateful. The staff is very polite, ready to help with any question! The rooms have everything: toothbrushes and pastes, personal washcloths, gels, shampoos, soaps, everything smells delicious, slippers and bathrobes, even shaving accessories! Everything is thought out to the smallest detail!!! There is a huge TV in the room! Extremely beautiful view from the window! There are mountains, the sea, and a pond with black swans. Another pleasant bonus was the compliment from the hotel - a bottle of champagne and tangerines for the New Year! Thank you, we are very grateful! It was an unexpected and very pleasant surprise! Frankly, this is the first time we've seen such customer care!

Brand new hotel, nice, stylish renovation. The rooms have bathrobes, slippers, pasta, brushes, shampoo, in general, everything you need. Friendly staff, cleaning every day. The only point is the noise insulation, there is none at all, you can hear the neighbors talking, the music from the cafe around the corner (by the way, very good, delicious food and drinks) entertained to the fullest in the evenings :) But everything was fine with us, I recommend it!

The review is not about the hotel, but about the cafe where they make the most delicious khachapur that I have tasted in my whole life :)
My wife took a standard one, and I took a double one for myself, both regretted it because it just didn't fit))
Very tasty khachapur, the dough is fresh, the cheese is tender, in addition to eggs, a piece of butter is also put on top.
It's very tasty, you won't regret it!

We were vacationing with my mother at the end of September 2023, accidentally finding ourselves in this hotel, getting lost on the road at night and not finding the hotel that we booked-and we did not regret it.

A chic, stylish, modern new hotel with designer renovation, very clean, in a great location-in the very center of New Athos, next to Swan Lake and park, across the street from the beach and 300 meters from the New Athos Monastery, and other attractions, with its own Parking. The service is excellent, the staff is very pleasant.
There is everything you need nearby: a market, shops, canteens, ATMs - which is very rare for Abkhazia as a whole.
Among the disadvantages-the hotel does not have its own cafe and, accordingly, there is also no breakfast, there is also no refrigerator in the room; cafes in the same building belong to other owners and open closer to lunch, and in the evening it is somewhat noisy because of the cafe with a disco in this building.
But overall, I liked everything very much; I can safely recommend it. I think next summer, the hotel will already have refrigerators-it's just a matter of time, and maybe they will arrange breakfast with the cafe owners... We will definitely come again!

We spent the New Year holidays in this place from December 27 to 3.01.
It is a very beautiful and atmospheric place. We found out about the available rooms at the last moment and immediately bought accommodation! And they never regretted it)
The hotel opened recently, so there are still points that the administration should work on for the status of a GENERALLY MAGNIFICENT HOTEL.
Among the advantages I can mention:
1. Very beautiful room design
2. Modern locks on the rooms and completely new furniture fits perfectly into the design!
3. Location. The sea is 30 meters away. The balcony windows overlook the pond, where swans swim every morning, and most importantly, it is very easy to reach all important locations on foot.
4. The hotel administration. When booking information in whatsapp, we were accompanied by the manager Inna and Marina, who answered all questions (excursions, transfers, weather, currency, time zone of Abkhazia). And when we arrived, we were greeted very cordially and friendly and showed the room.
One day my girlfriend became ill for medical reasons, and the administration was more worried than me) Helped to call an ambulance, and then they called the hospital to find out our condition) Therefore, a separate respect for this) It was also nice to receive a separate package of sweet tangerines from Marina in honor of the new year!)
5. Right next to the entrance to the hotel there is its own Khachapurnya and there is a cafe Swan under the hotel
6. In the evenings it is very pleasant to walk in the park.
But there are also disadvantages, which, if the administration pays attention and takes action, the hotel will become simply incredible:
1. Add furniture to the balcony, it is very sad without it.
2. There is not enough table and refrigerator in the room, although there is a sofa bed)
3. There is not enough designation for hot and cold water in the shower
4. The instructions from the air conditioner were not enough
5. I advise you to hang up the TVs and free up space from the cabinets for use for other purposes by residents. This way it will be possible to close the sockets and create less visual noise.
6. Bumpers on door handles. They are not there, so the black door handles cut into the white walls, leaving traces.
7. Make more hooks for the arrangement of outerwear at the entrance to the room
8. Put a shoe spoon in the rooms
9. Hang the toilet paper holder
10. Make ventilation in the bathrooms, as the condensate takes a very long time to erode (in winter)
11. Make hooks or shelves in the bathroom for towels and a bathrobe. The battery will not take out such a weight)
12. Globally and for the future, it would be great to make a lobby for waiting at the hotel, as well as buy out the Khachapurnya and make full breakfasts, lunches, dinners, a bar in the hotel. It will definitely be in demand) And it will also be possible to move the reception area to a place next to the mosaic so that residents do not constantly pass by the reception)
13. Improve the parking area. At least so that there are no puddles and dirt)
14. According to the rules of fire safety, the doors should still open outwards, not inside the room. If this can be fixed, it will only get better)
15. Install a parapet for suitcases so as not to lift them up the stairs.

The price tag is from 8000 to 15,000. Definitely not for this hotel. Near the highway to Sukhum. Music screams in the evening. One plus is the sea across the road, literally and a huge plane tree, but this is not the merit of the hotel.
