I came to this company with my own design project, made a few edits, selected a practical facade material, and the result was what I expected.The kitchen was done faster than the repair, but the guys went to a meeting and allowed the kitchen to stay in their warehouse for a while, they waited about 10 days for the installation after delivery, since the installers had a queue, they warned about this in advance, the installation itself was not long, although they brought some small things later, which is not critical for a custom kitchen. The price tag is very competitive and there is an installment payment from the salon, which is very useful for repairs. The countertop was already made by another stone company, the guys collaborated with each other and solved all issues without our participation, which is very convenient. I recommend the Azari company to everyone, we plan to order the rest of the furniture from them later.

We ordered the kitchen in the fall of 2024. We chose from several salons and manufacturers, but we chose Azari. They took our preferences into account as much as possible, came with a free measurement at home 80 km from Mogilev, and created exactly the project we wanted (the project changed several times, but the staff patiently helped us). The cost was also excellent, lower than in other salons. We have been waiting for almost 3 months by the deadline. We assembled the kitchen ourselves, but if there were any questions, the staff were always in touch and were ready to drive up and prompt. In the end, everything turned out perfectly, centimeter by centimeter, nothing sticks out, there are no voids either. We have been using the kitchen for almost 2 months, there are no complaints.

The trouble started when the installation was approved, we waited a long time, then it turned out that the assemblers took us to the third object, and the assembly tools were only for 2 objects. They work every day, but they don't come for a few days. The kitchen was assembled well, But the sink was not fixed, and then, when they started to wash the tiles, it turned out that when cutting out the holes for the sink and the hob, there were black dots on the porcelain stoneware apron, the tiles were damaged, very ugly, because everything is light. I wouldn't ask again. The girl manager promised that the director would contact her when he arrived from a business trip from Moscow, but no one contacted her...

If you want to waste time and nerves, go to them. Kitchen production takes 3 months.... First one person came to take measurements, then the second - Maxim, the technologist, seemed incompetent, which then manifested itself - plumbing pipes interfered with the installation of cabinets and had to move the outlet again, to the question of why retreat 10 cm from the wall when the pipe protrudes only 5, he scratched his head. We decided to sew up the hood box to the maximum (we're wasting space), without warning me to buy a hood in advance and make a box for it. It took more than a week to coordinate the kitchen delivery, I constantly called the director (Tsarev) and tugged at him until there was no movement. When unpacking, the color of the facades of the upper tier turned out to be wrong, since the company works with an intermediary, and does not have its own production. Replacing facades took time to find out the culprits and alter, delivery took 2-3 weeks, and then they started to stir when I left an entry in the complaint book and wrote a complaint. The collector from their company is also ambiguous: he started assembling the kitchen, but as soon as he found out that I had written in the complaint book, they began to look for reasons not to come and finish, he wanted to wait for the facades, although there was work without them. During installation, it was found that there were not enough screws, hinges for the type, and a short LED profile. I solved all the issues through the director, who then drove the shortages to me in his car (which also says a lot about the company, is the courier director serious?) The company is not interested in eliminating the jambs as quickly as possible and to please the client, they receive the money before delivery (I paid without installments) and then they are not so interested in you. The main thing for them is to entice you for a down payment. One of the advantages: a showroom, a nice girl in it (one of the two, but she also did not add the number of the facade color, which is why they delivered the wrong color to me). In short: it took a long time, NERVOUSLY, without customer orientation, I regretted it, I do not recommend it, look for companies with extensive experience in the market, even if it is more expensive, believe me, nerves are more expensive
