The main problem is stale food. I noticed spoiled fruits and vegetables on the shelves, and some dairy products were expired. This causes distrust and a desire to go to another store next time. The second disadvantage is very little space. The aisles are narrow, and it's difficult for customers to disperse, especially during rush hours. Everything feels cramped and uncomfortable. There is also a lack of ventilation and the store is stuffy. The staff tries to be polite, but this is not enough to compensate for the main disadvantages.
