We are just shocked! We bought several light bulbs, some of them turned out to be defective. They tried to return it a day later, but... They immediately announced to us that the lamps were not exchangeable and refundable, although they promised a 6-month warranty when buying, and then they were generally accused of fraud!!! Fraud on 2 light bulbs!!! By themselves, it seems, people are being judged. People, be careful! Dishonest merchants work in the Lampshade store.
