We ordered the entrance doors to the house about a year ago. We were very satisfied with everything. We decided to change the second entrance doors in the same house, we ordered exactly the same ones. The door was installed yesterday. The "hounds" were installed. Everything about everything took about an hour. As a result: 1. To open the door, you need to put extra force on the handle. It will be possible to change the handle in a couple of months. 2. To close the door, you also need to add effort. 3. The door itself moves heavily, unlike the first installed door, where the weight of the product is not audible, the door moves easily, you can open it by pressing the handle with your finger, and closes with a slight movement. There is something to compare it with. 4. When the door is ajar, it closes itself in the absence of wind, but must remain in the same position. All this (paragraphs 1-4) indicates an incorrect installation of the door. 5. When dismantling the old door, it was found that the box of the new door is wider than the previous one. And in order not to bother, a new door was installed on the threshold and porch, the height of the opening allowed. The remaining niche from the old door remained under the box of the new one, it was not filled with anything. Only a thin gap between the box and the porch was foamed. That is, the new door is not mounted between the porch and the threshold, but hangs above them, and under it is a thin strip of foam from the outside. Thus, the porch smoothly passes into the threshold. The temperature of the threshold is comparable to the temperature of the porch. It's +5 outside now. I can imagine what will happen when it drops to -5. 6. There are other mistakes. I contacted Azimut Bel today. They answered. that they are not responsible for installing the doors. They don't have their own door installers, so the measurer should have warned that the doors would be installed by whoever took the installation order. When installing the first door, I asked the measurers about the craftsmen, and he replied that "they have good craftsmen." This time she did not specify, and the measurer did not say anything himself. I asked why then they, Azimut Bel, hand over the documents to the door, and delegate outsiders to collect payment for the goods. During the conversation, it was explained to me that the delivery service handles the shipment of goods with invoices, the goods are delivered by a courier, and he is self-employed, and they do not know what he does, and it does not concern them. They'll work out. that I ordered the installation of the doors from Azimut Bel, in turn, the company transmits the order to anyone who wants, in this case, to the courier, their employee, and is not responsible for the installation. The courier did not sign an agreement with me for the installation, and he did not issue a receipt for the installation of the door. We will need more interior doors, but I will not order from this company anymore. - I'm afraid the "pilots" in the person of a plumber or an electrician of the company will arrive to install the interior doors. People, if you decide to order doors with installation from this company, my advice is not to get into a mess later, and not to waste 3,000 rubles, request a contract for the installation of doors separately, and request a receipt for the installation of doors so that you can ask someone later. Otherwise, scammers or hacks will come to you, not craftsmen or specialists. We were lucky with the first door, the craftsmen installed it, but not with the second, we ran into hacks who were in a hurry to "make happy" at least three more customers after us, because there were three more doors in the car.
