The best location, Registan Square is 5 minutes away, Siab Bazaar is 3 minutes away, beautiful walking avenue.

A magnificent hotel. We didn't book, we went to see if there was a room and we were lucky! We rented a triple room, it's clean, everything you need is there. The only thing I would like to repair the plumbing in the bathroom and there were a lot of ants, but it was in this room. But even because of that, 5 stars. The attitude is amazing, it's like you're at home. Breakfast is a special treat. You can choose an omelet, fried eggs or porridge, sausages. Plus, they also serve fresh chopped vegetables, hot tortilla, croissant (very tasty by the way), strawberry jam, butter.
We liked the delicious location. All the most important things are nearby. For some, it may be a minus that you need to walk to the road, but it seems to me that on the contrary it is good that the pedestrian zone
I definitely recommend it. If we are going to Samarkand again, definitely to this hotel

Thin walls . Someone is walking on the street, you can hear everything. It's dirty. There's smoke in the bathroom. It stinks. Other people's things were lying around. And you have to pay for the cancellation! The rooms are not closed! I don't recommend it. Everything is terrible

Booked by booking, it was indicated as a hotel, but in fact a guest house. It's better not to go there in winter, it's cold. The air conditioner is not working, the room is barely warm. I don't know what kind of breakfasts they write about, but there is nothing like that. And the cafe next door almost poisoned us. Everything in the room is based on an honest word. The only plus is close to the historical site, but the disadvantages overshadow this plus!

Excellent guest house in the heart of the tourist area. Most of the attractions can be reached on foot. Homely atmosphere, everything is simple, but comfortable enough. The breakfast is hearty, the tortillas are magical. The bathroom is cramped and the finishing materials are somewhat unusual, but it is there, and it is fully working. A very nice guest house! Close to all significant and popular attractions (within walking distance). Very hospitable host and his family (family hotel is a family business). The rooms are clean and tidy. The mattresses on the beds are a bit harsh, BUT with my sore back they just fit perfectly, you wake up in the morning without any pain!!!! For breakfast, scrambled eggs with sausages or an omelette, an amazing flatbread, tea, coffee, salad, croissants and cookies. It's very good for your money!
At prices: 2500₽ per day, this is about 350,000 rubles.
Breakfast is 60,000 rubles, which is about 400 rubles.
It is very convenient to pay, even in cash (local currency), by transfer to a card (without commission.) we paid by transfer from a Tinkoff bank card.
If you are in Samarkand, this is the best guest house for your money!
