It's a pretty good shopping mall, although nothing particularly outstanding was noticed. It is located next to HaShalom railway station. So, if you happen to travel along the route Ben-Gurion airport – HaShalom station and then by bus to your hotel on the coast of Tel Aviv, then this shopping center cannot be avoided...
