To rate this hotel at 3 stars - I would put all 5 stars! I have something to compare it with, the experience of my travels to many countries is sufficient. My wife and I had a rest at the Azur Phuket Hotel in December 2019. In principle, there are no complaints about the courteous polite staff or the order they maintain in the hotel: towels are changed daily, room cleaning is daily, bed linen is changed in three days. All communications in the room are working properly, hot and cold water (by the way, very soft), WiFi on every floor and with a strong signal. The safe in the room works, as does a modern TV with many programs, among which there are three Russian channels, but. true, the signal quality of the cable antenna in our room was weak, but before going to bed we had enough to listen to the news. The hotel itself, it should be noted. it is located in a convenient location - within walking distance of markets and cafes, the sea is 5-7 minutes away, there is a network of convenience stores around where you can find food, drinks and household trifles. I would love to stay at this hotel next time!

The hotel is located in a quiet location next to other hotels. Each room has air conditioning, a safe, a TV, a wardrobe (the door was broken in our closet, but this did not affect our vacation), a hair dryer. Linen is changed daily. On the 6th floor there is a swimming pool with a shower, which helped us out a lot on the day of departure, when the room had to be vacated at 12, and the bus to the airport at 18 o'clock. We went to the sea, swam in the pool and visited the massage parlor.

We visited Thailand four times. And the Azure Hotel itself - twice. First of all, I would like to note a very good location. There are many cafes, shops, pharmacies nearby. But the most important thing is the Malin Plaza market. We ate mainly on it, exchanged dollars for baht, bought souvenirs, gifts and cosmetics also on it. It is a 10-minute walk from the hotel to the sea. The hotel is 3* and it fully corresponds to its stardom. Quite decent, free rooms, a chic, large bed, a small balcony where you can dry things. Our room was cleaned every day and surprisingly thoroughly. Towels were also changed daily. The breakfasts at the hotel are meager and monotonous, but in order not to run around in the morning in search of a place where you can have breakfast, we took a ticket with breakfast. The room has everything you need for a comfortable stay. There is a safe in every room, but not all of them are in working condition. We used the safe at the reception desk, which is convenient and more reliable. The staff is friendly and helpful. In general, I think both the auction and the response.

Those who took the bikes were left in front of the entrance without any problems. The hotel is conveniently located, there is a market, a shop and to the beaches on Doleko. If you are not afraid to walk, then Carol beach is 6 km away, it is 1 hour and 20 minutes. It is 4.5 km to Tring trang and about 4 km to Freedom. Navigation is good on the map. Good luck.

The Patong area itself is a terrible dump, the beach and the sea are dirty. It is not possible to walk down the street, everything is dead, you need to look at your feet so as not to break them. It smells like sewage everywhere. I'm not going there anymore. Everything is expensive and not tasty. Prices for excursions are crazy even on the street. We rested in this hotel from 02.09 to 09/13/18, the hotel does not pull in 3 stars, we allegedly had one of the most beautiful rooms of this hotel on the 5th floor with a large double bed. The room is very dirty! All the furniture and appliances, and in other things, the whole room is stained with paint (apparently they recently decided to paint everything in the room in one color) it feels like a person with cerebral palsy was painting. A lot of dirt and dust. All the supposedly clean white tents that were given out every two days for use in the room had terrible huge stains. My girlfriend noticed after cleaning the room that someone else's hair was on her comb!! A long-haired Thai guy with a ponytail who cleaned the room apparently decided to comb his hair. We have only seen Russian tourists in this hotel. To the question of whether we find fault with the hotel, because it is quite cheap and there are only three stars: at the same time, our friends were vacationing with us at the Baramee resortel hotel in Patong, these are the same three stars for about the same price, but the rooms there are in accordance with our earth and sky, everything is very clean and It's cozy.
