Level 7 Local Expert

We ended up there by chance, and there was no alternative nearby. Prices are the same as in the city center. Lots of free places. The menu is boring and sparse. Coffee, dessert and one hot dish were taken from the dishes. For 1200 lire, even the view of the Bosphorus will not smooth out, 4 stars only for the view, and the locals smoke as usual.
