We are currently on Azure Villas The hotel is so-so, the only advantages are the golf course and the large well-maintained territory of the hotel, the food at the azur restaurant is good. The service is very lame on the VIP beach. Foreigners are a priority. They can't make non-alcoholic cocktails. An unpleasant situation happened today, which ruined the overall impression of the hotel. There were no places on the beach, they asked to provide us with a place, as they were with 2 children (1 year and 6 years old), they gave us a place near the bungalow, brought an umbrella and sun beds. But after 20 minutes, the guest relations administrator came up to us and asked us to make room, as this place is for guests of the bungalow. Although initially the staff did not warn us and provided us with this place, other people were resting on the sun beds belonging to this bungalow, but we were asked to vacate the place. And with children it is as inconvenient and difficult as possible. We had to leave the beach altogether to wake up the one-year-old child. It felt like we were kicked off the beach in disgrace, and now it's as uncomfortable as possible to return there. The mood is as spoiled as possible. I don't see any point in booking an Azur villa if the attitude towards the guests does not meet the stated level. Baby food is very difficult. The overall impression is formed from such small things. As a travel agent, I will not recommend this hotel to my clients who value comfort and service.
