Visited BnB on Fidokor Street, and the experience was disappointing. Service was slow—waited 15 minutes for a menu and had to repeatedly ask for basic items like water and utensils. My order of chicken pancakes arrived only after we were ready to leave. Staff appeared unorganized and inattentive. Overall, a frustrating experience; I don’t plan to return.

The customer service here is terrible. They use a QR code menu for ordering, but the system is so slow that it takes forever to get your food. The waitstaff is unfriendly and acts as if they’re there against their will. Definitely not a pleasant experience.

my favorite place, I was in many branches and liked the service everywhere, always kind and pleasant employees, which is very pleasing.

A very good coffee shop where they make good coffee. We ordered Americano. You can enter the room or take a table outside. My husband and I came from Russia to Tashkent for a week, this place was recommended to us by friends!
We had breakfast and lunch here, everything is very tasty. The coffee is great! Service at a height☺️ But most of all I was pleasantly surprised by the director, she came up and asked if we liked everything, I definitely recommend this place.We will definitely be back in Tashkent 🫶

The coffee at BnB Cafe is just great! It has a rich and rich taste that will delight even the most demanding gourmets. I ordered a raf, and it was just a top-end raf. It was perfectly cooked, with a velvety texture of milk foam and a harmonious combination of coffee and milk. Every sip brought real pleasure.
I can't help but mention the excellent service. The staff was friendly and attentive. They were always ready to help with the choice of a drink and answer any questions. I felt very welcome and welcome in the BnB cafe.

We visited them several times, tried different dishes and desserts, and always the sensations remained uncertain. Most of all, I remember the chicken soup, the carrots in which were damp, and in general the soup had an unpleasant taste (how could you spoil such a simple dish?)
