Visited BnB on Fidokor Street, and the experience was disappointing. Service was slow—waited 15 minutes for a menu and had to repeatedly ask for basic items like water and utensils. My order of chicken pancakes arrived only after we were ready to leave. Staff appeared unorganized and inattentive. Overall, a frustrating experience; I don’t plan to return.

The customer service here is terrible. They use a QR code menu for ordering, but the system is so slow that it takes forever to get your food. The waitstaff is unfriendly and acts as if they’re there against their will. Definitely not a pleasant experience.

my favorite place, I was in many branches and liked the service everywhere, always kind and pleasant employees, which is very pleasing.
Each of the employees is remembered because they joke and tell something, advise on dishes

A very good coffee shop where they make good coffee. We ordered Americano. You can enter the room or take a table outside. Good unobtrusive service, the waiters do not attract attention to themselves. There are delicious pastries for those who wish. European music sounds softly, you can talk calmly. The tables are clean, the order is served quickly, everything is green around, it is convenient and pleasant to be here. Of the minuses, the air is humidified with a special spray of water, personally I did not like it, it is wet, wet tables, but you can tolerate it. Three Americanos, one pie - about $ 7. Acceptable. The coffee shop is super delicious, the desserts are small but delicious. In addition to desserts and coffee, there are breakfasts and other dishes. Several small halls are very cozy and comfortable. The menu is in Russian. The waiters speak Russian. The toilet is clean. There is an open veranda. And the best part is, there is a smoking room inside, you can smoke there.

The food is delicious, I often come here to eat. But sometimes the waiters are tough and bring the menu / orders / receipt for a sooo long time. The service is not very good.
But going in to sit with friends and have a cup of coffee is the best thing.
However, I don't drink coffee, but my friends often tell me that coffee is not very good here

My husband and I came from Russia to Tashkent for a week, this place was recommended to us by friends!
We had breakfast and lunch here, everything is very tasty. The coffee is great! Service at a height☺️ But most of all I was pleasantly surprised by the director, she came up and asked if we liked everything, I definitely recommend this place.We will definitely be back in Tashkent 🫶

Я с удовольствием поделюсь своим впечатлением о кафе BnB. Это место просто идеально подходит для любителей кофе и рафов.
Кофе в кафе BnB просто великолепен! Он имеет насыщенный и богатый вкус, который порадует даже самых требовательных гурманов. Я заказал раф, и это был просто топовый раф. Он был идеально приготовлен, с бархатистой текстурой молочной пены и гармоничным сочетанием кофе и молока. Каждый глоток приносил настоящее удовольствие.
Не могу не отметить и прекрасное обслуживание. Персонал был дружелюбным и внимательным. Они всегда были готовы помочь с выбором напитка и ответить на любые вопросы. Я чувствовал себя в кафе BnB очень радушно и желанным гостем.

Отличное место для «поболтать» с подругой за вкусной едой. В приятной обстановке. Вкусная еда, самое лучшее спагетти карбонара в городе. Кофе и десерты выше всех похвал. Обслуживание ненавязчиво-комфортное. Что немаловажно: одна из немногих сетей, где все филиалы работают на отлично.

I have no words to describe the last visit to this branch... The coffee was tasteless with a hint of herring. Beef medallions were served with cold mashed potatoes... The cheesecake was clearly not fresh... Well, in addition, access to WiFi was denied... I do not know what is going on there, but there is no desire to return to this branch.

Одно из самых любимых мной заведений.
Лучшая паста, лучший кофе, лучший шиповник с барбарис!
Персонал бывает разный.
За несколько лет регулярного посещения этого заведения, встречал разных официантов.
Кто-то шустрит, улыбается и всегда приветлив. Кто-то вечно угрюм, рассеян и глуповат, откровенно.
Но это лишь человеческий фактор.
Нравится!

We came with friends from St. Petersburg for a week, accidentally went to drink coffee on the first day and then not a day passed that we did not visit this cozy coffee shop 😊 I would like to mention the very attentive and responsive staff, high-quality service, cool serving and very tasty cuisine ☺️ I definitely recommend this institution to visit 👍

что могу сказать у них кофе самый легкий на вкус, советую кому не нравиться терпкий кофе, кофе бамбл мое самое любимое, тосты и сэндвичи все хорошие и салаты тоже, но блюда порции маленькие но вкусные, но на счет кондитерских сладостей не могу хвалить у меня нету у них что любимое, каждый раз проста так заказываю и не остаюсь в восторге

Приятное заведение для посиделок с кружечкой кофе или чая под приятный десерт собственного производства, ценник для Могилева выше среднего но качество стоит. Заведение маленькое для комфортного отдыха нужно что бы было много сводных столиков тогда сидеть прекрасно. Отлично подойдет для свидания или дружеской беседы.

Все было хорошо в последний наш поход с дочей в филиал на Чехова, он близок нам локально. Еда и обслуживание были на уровне, правда по началу наш официант, который первоначально нас встретил и принес меню, куда-то в последствии исчез, но его сразу заменил другой парень и очень хорошо нас обслужил. Вернемся еще)

Еда достаточно вкусная. Даже скорее действительно вкусная. Большой кофе - действительно большой :)
Очень уютное, вкусное и душевное место. Бонус - возможность заказать через приложение.

Симпатичная кофейня, большой капучино– прям действительно большой (по размеру наверное как 2 средних), и вкусный, но по поводу еды всё не так радужно.
Заходили к ним несколько раз, пробовали разные блюда и десерты, и всегда ощущения оставались неопределенными. Больше всего запомнился куриный супчик, морковь в котором была сыроватой, и в целом суп имел неприятный привкус (как можно было испортить столь простое блюдо?)

I ordered one (!) dish and tea, sat for ten minutes and moved to another table, because there was a smell from the trash next to it; I sat at another table for another 35 minutes, during which no one brought the order; I called the waitress and it turned out that they just "forgot who made the order"; but even if I were a new customer, no one even came up to me with a menu during those 35 minutes anyway 🤦🏼♂️

Вкусная еда, кухня быстро готовит, но официанты работать не умеют или не хотят от слова совсем.
Хз за что им платят.
Приходишь, садишься, ждёшь, встаёшь, идёшь, зовёшь официантов, что-то нужно - опять встаёшь и сам к ним идёшь.
На месте владельца разогнал бы всех.
Самообслуживание и то быстрее было бы.
Плюс дважды тупо забывали о заказа.
То есть делал заказ, потом просил принести что-то ещё дополнительно, но нет, официанты тупо забывали.

Работают подростки. Старших на смене нет. Отсюда и сервис. Первые два раза было не критично. Сегодня пришёл, на входе четыре официанта стоят. Поздоровался, сел. Пять минут никого. Встал, попросил администратора принести меню. Рядом толпа официантов. Администратор говорит Серёжа, принеси меню. Я сажусь на место. Серёжи нету минуты две. Встал и ушел.
Через дорогу Bon. Там можно вкусно поесть с нормальным сервисом.
