There are many advantages - for an additional one.We paid for dinner, homemade wine and cake (we had a birthday party). Breakfast is included in the room rate. Intelligent owners who have preserved their parents' house, land and their traditions. Interesting, pleasant, relaxed communication with the hosts is very encouraging.

I recommend it! We stayed for two nights on 12-13.04.23 and did not regret our decision. We were warmly welcomed by the hospitable hosts Hasmik and Harutyun. The guest house was surrounded by flowering peach, cherry and apple trees. The rooms are clean, warm, the area is very well maintained and green. Our room was in a separate house with several rooms, each with its own toilet and shower. The house also has a kitchen-dining room with everything you need and where delicious dinners and breakfasts with homemade jam were served.

A very pleasant and comfortable place. Clean, tidy, landscaped green area. There are several separate houses with rooms, each with its own bathroom. The hospitable and hospitable hosts are Harutyun and Hasmik.

A great place to spend the night! The family is wonderful, responsive, delicious breakfasts, take into account your wishes, there is nothing harmful in the diet for children!

A good caring hostess, the rooms have everything, a large kitchen, a parking space. Among the disadvantages are cramped rooms, you can't turn around in the shower, the rooms are cool (they were in autumn)
