The air conditioner is not working properly, it barely blows that you sweat from the heat at night.The shower is flowing.You want to wash yourself with a hose, and cold water drips on top of you. The towels are dirty and stained. The refrigerator makes a strange noise all night, does not let you sleep. We didn't take breakfast and I don't think we lost anything.They asked for hot water (boiling water), as I was ill.The manager said, go buy water or pour it in the bathroom and boil it.This is also interesting considering that the kettle was in front of the kitchen. The staff is terribly unfriendly.The girl who worked in the morning was friendly. Due to the malfunction of the air conditioner, I got sick and my temperature rose below 40.I contacted my insurance company, a doctor came to me and what do you think, Giuseppe's manager did not let him into my room.He said that by law he had to call an ambulance. I understand everything.The ambulance arrived in 1 hour! !and of course my doctor didn't wait and left..In total, I waited for medical help for 5 hours, thanks to the piggy behavior of the manager, who was also rude to everything else, I was left without medical help as the ambulance did not give me pills.And I'm flying home with a temperature under 40. And the funny thing is that when I expressed all my bewilderment, the manager threatened me with the police and issued a booking application that I allegedly did not come, apparently afraid that the truth would come out)So think 200 times before going to this hotel.Neither the price (by the way, overpriced) nor the service are worth a ruined trip.
