We booked a room at an old hotel, with the old name, when the contacts had not yet had time to change. As a result, the current host was not aware of our reservation. I had to urgently look for a new hotel. Be vigilant! I am attaching new hotel contacts to the photo. The new Baan Chaylay Phuket Resort is very pleasant. The hotel has been renovated, everything is very clean and beautiful. The hosts helped resolve the situation for free, book a new hotel. They gave me delicious juice from flower petals while waiting :) There are many Russians in the hotel. We watched how they politely communicated with everyone. They even gave candles to the guests. I recommend the hotel!

Not an expensive, good hotel! The hostess is kind and attentive! They cleaned it every day, even gave me some water! There is a Conday. On a quiet street , three minutes from the central one and 10-15 minutes on foot to the sea. There are a lot of restaurants with fresh seafood on the central streets!!! There is a cafe with fried ice cream ( very tasty, add live fruits ). There are a lot of fruits!! Minus: pillows (they are hard!!) I made a pillow out of jackets and slept)) Next to a beautiful temple (twice a week a market with food and things comes to its territory, prices are low. My husband poisoned himself with a Peking duck!! Carefully! The pharmacy has all the medicines! But it's better for children to bring their own from Russia! It's all from poisoning!! This is the norm here and often!! You burn out very much, you need things with long sleeves! I don't know any more skin in children, they get burns!! Take care of yourself and the children! And so the beach is gorgeous: sand, sea, like from a movie! Karon Beach is one of the best beaches in Phuket!!

Super old hotel! And most importantly, there was no repair, the equipment is changed only when it is 100% out of order. Everything, everything is terribly old! The guys who serve him are trying, but nothing can be done there anymore. It is difficult to properly wash something that does not have a smooth surface. We have been to Tae in different places of different levels, but we have never met such a person. The only advantage of this hotel is that the location is good, next to the party, but in complete silence.
