I also decided to share my impressions about this hotel. In my opinion, this is a great choice for a 3* hotel. My husband and I were satisfied with everything. The check-in took place even a little earlier than the specified time, the deposit was paid in rubles. The staff is polite and friendly. The room was standard, in the building next to the pool. What was very pleasing was the way the air conditioner was positioned. It is installed above the front door, and did not blow directly at us, since the bed is located behind the wall. This is a rare occurrence. The room is spacious, there is a good refrigerator, not a small bar. A large balcony with a plastic table and armchairs. The dryer was on the balcony, but it was a bit strange, in my opinion. But we are experienced tourists and we always have a clothesline with clothespins with us. About cleaning, I can say that it's rarely better where I've seen it. Every day, and even with a cleaning vacuum cleaner, we were really surprised, the girls are just great. About the food, I think that everything was quite decent, we never left hungry. It's silly to write that food is scarce. Who writes like that, I would just like to see the breakfasts of these "gourmets"😏 My husband and I love hiking, so we quietly took a hotel on the third line, enjoyed walking to the sea and back. But I would not recommend this hotel for children or those who have problems with walking. The pool is nice, clean, and regularly cleaned, so we enjoyed using it when the sea was rough. The eviction went smoothly, without any problems, and the deposit was refunded. There were also dissatisfied people among those who came with us on the same flight, of course. But there is a category of people who are dissatisfied with everything and always. They arrived with negativity, and they flew away with it, which is quite natural. The conclusion is that whoever comes for what and with what gets what. We were satisfied, we left well rested and with good impressions. If we go again, we will be happy to return to this hotel. Nice hotel, clean and cozy rooms with balconies. It is located quite close to two beaches - Kata and Karon. There is a private pool with sun beds (and in the alley there is a land turtle that is being fed!). Helpful staff. There is a bus to the beach that runs 3 times a week in the morning and evening. Free beach chairs, umbrellas, towels. The deposit for the room is 1,000 baht or $ 50. The hotel includes breakfast (the food is quite monotonous, but there is a choice between spicy and non-spicy). There are several 7-11, cafes and night markets with food within walking distance.

We are currently staying at this hotel, everything is very good. The deposit for the room is 1000bat / 50$. The check-in is quick, the room is normal size, cozy and clean. The furniture is not tired, except for the chairs. The refrigerator is large, with a freezer, kettle, hairdryer and TV - everything is working. The hair dryer is in the drawer, but there is no outlet in the bathroom. The bathroom is standard for a hot tub shower top, not removable, the curtain is not provided. Cleaning at your request - if you put up a DO NOT DISTURB sign, the maid will leave water at the door, if you put up a CLEANING sign, she will wash the floors, dishes, wipe the surfaces and replace the bath towels. WiFi is FREE in the hotel, each room has its own. By the pool too. The quality is good, it does not lag. The pool in the courtyard of the second building is small, but clean and 1.4 m deep, with a separate pool for children nearby. There are not many sun beds and umbrellas, but there are always free ones. There is a billiard table (American), 1h/150bat. There is a bar with cocktails and smoothies, everything is very tasty. Breakfasts from 07.00 to 10.00 are not varied, but delicious: fried eggs, soup, padtai with chicken, sausage rolls, toasts, watermelon, rice/potatoes, tea/coffee/water/juice. It's very good for breakfast. The location of the hotel is very convenient - in a quiet street, you can not hear the noise of cars and tourists. The beach is 15 minutes away at a leisurely pace, there is parking for a bike. The shuttle goes to the beaches of Kata and Kata Noi 3 and 1 times, towels and sun beds can be taken near the entrance to the 1st building under the painting and returned in the evening. Everything is washed and put out again in the morning. The staff is very nice and helpful. I recommend the hotel primarily to those who prefer to walk a lot and explore the areas around, to those who are ready to ride a bike to interesting places. If you are used to relaxing OUTSIDE the hotel, it can be boring.
