As a result, they did not come, I waited 15 minutes. Yandex. direct then formally replied "we apologize" and did not even explain the situation why this happened, did not offer any solutions to the problem, banally reschedule the recording, make a discount, whatever. After I wrote to them in detail that it was not OK to react to the situation in this way, they re-wrote their "apologies". It's like some kind of mockery. The administrator's disgusting approach to his work, even the record cannot be tracked normally. The fact that the salon is closed during its working hours is at least a violation of the work schedule. I have ruined my plans for the day, such behavior can greatly let people down. I do not recommend the salon to anyone, I am not going to visit it
