Your drivers are constantly either passing through it, standing at kindergarten number 10, or standing and waiting at Bekkhozhin's house 11, or stopping at the back of the kindergarten and even before they reach the address, they turn on the wait, and they don't pick up the phone. With two children, I'm constantly looking for your drivers in a blizzard, snowstorm and rain, and I'm on the phone guiding them where and how to get there, and all this time the money is counted as late. They don't seem to be looking anywhere but at the monitor at all. Out of about 100 calls to this address, I can only count on my fingers when the driver arrived correctly .

I would not recommend this private garden. Weak, especially groups with Kazakh training! The playground outside is so tiny. Some public schools in the city have the best equipment and competent teaching staff.

Since visiting this kindergarten, our life has turned into hell, educators are rude to my remarks, the head ignores his direct duties, the kindergarten has terrible nutrition, children are constantly fed porridges, endless outbreaks of infections in children, while regularly increasing the cost of their services. We are looking for another kindergarten to transfer the child.
