The nail differs from others both in length and shape, I won't return to the manicure service anymore and I can recommend it only to those who need a manicure for 2 days. Friday, June 27 - as you understand, there were plans to go for a walk.In this salon, a manicure + French "master, if you can call her that, Svetlana . The preface: - While I was waiting for the master, I decided to cut my bangs , which would be a big mistake . They cut it in different directions and in pieces - it was a complete cunt , ( I don 't remember the name of the hairdresser , but the tall blonde age )I realized it right away, but Svetlana came and took me for a manicure , and they said they would cut my bangs afterwards. I think - okay, no problem. The result is that the length from which she came for a manicure ( that is, for regrowth when the nails are in different directions) was applied to a French base and after she decided to saw the length, of course they remained in the same form as before !!!!! When I asked why the process was going this way, she replied * I work That's right, and I'm not a Daria master, I have my own technique*. It doesn 't matter to me what kind of technique the master works in, but the result is important! Next, I said that I didn't need a jacket because I already had a piz @dec, they covered me with a base and of course the nails remained as they were in different directions, but after I sawed off the length a little, they became even more uneven in the shape of a "smile from a frieze"! After I said that I didn 't need a jacket , the master just gave up and decided that it would go that way . I asked for a nail file to somehow bring it into a more or less normal fort, the master silently gave me a file and left me and left without even asking what was the matter . I sawed in front of everyone, the other masters, the administrator for about 15 minutes. , No one came up to me or asked.:- * Girl, what happened?* that is , no one cared about the client . Next, I nervously approached the miracle hairdresser and clarified once again , * Will he be able to cut my hair or then should I dress up to smooth my bangs on half my forehead ?* To which the master replied : - No girl, don't pay *. And that was the last thing, my hands started shaking and I started to get hysterical. I was completely shocked by the masters and the receptionist , like her name was Karina. But even at this stage , the administrator did not ask what had happened . I asked if I would get a discount on a new manicure in a week, as it needed to be changed over time. But the administrator's answer is of course not!*. And then she demanded 60 rubles from me for a manicure + long nails. ( and the long nails , because they didn't remove the length at first , they applied gel and then sawed it off , so how is that ?. As a result, I have to pay for the final result, and not for the visits of such stupid masters as Svetlana! But the administrator 's words and behavior killed me to the end. I handed over the money. I'm not sorry, it's just that these 3 girls ruined my mood and evening, so I went to another salon in tears to fix everything! This is the first time I've written such a comment, because I've never encountered such indifference and irresponsibility before, and from the general situation as a whole! Terrible salon ,terrible service . Girls, be careful …
