Level 14 Local Expert

It's a great bar. Very warm-hearted hosts, they speak excellent English and French. If you know at least "hello" and "thank you" you will be welcome. And eau de vie for 6 lari is not a tincture in the bars of Tbilisi. You won't drink anything else after it.
