My glasses frame was broken, I randomly stopped by Bade optik and asked if there was a possibility to repair it. They said they didn't have the right pins for the frame, but they'd get them and fix it. they also called within 1 day. Moreover, I got my glasses back with zero fee. A pin money is not necessarily an important amount, but that interest and relevance is priceless in my eyes. Thanks 🙏
