It's a great place! We tried big breakfasts right in the heart 1 time and then we didn't want to have breakfast in other places anymore. Very tasty cherry bumble, I tried it here for the first time. The staff is smiling, pleasant, everything is top notch, thank you very much. We will be glad to come back here. Pizzas are a separate delight, especially with tartare. Juicy, satisfying, absolutely not greasy. The interior is beautiful, comfortable sofas, a spacious bathroom. Lots of colors, which makes the atmosphere very cozy.

In the evening, if there are a lot of people, then the waiting for dishes will be delayed, since the cook cannot cook everything quickly at once. Very tasty desserts. We gathered for the gastrofest, wrote on Instagram if there would be a place for 13:00, said yes, booked a table from 13 to 14:30. When we arrived, we were told that there was an overlap and apparently the days were mixed up, so our table was only for an hour. Well, okay, although it doesn't seem to be my fault that everything is messed up. We ordered one set and two coffees. The coffee is delicious, I give a star for it, it's very good. The set consisted of Tom yam, pinsa, and tartarus. Tom yam was completely different from the photo from the gastrofest instagram, there was no big shrimp there - there was not a single shrimp. The taste of Tom yam is unsaturated, they regretted the pasta. The seafood felt like it was made from the most inexpensive frozen mix. A couple of squid, a centimeter-long octopus tentacles, the rest is something similar to plastic. Tar tar upset me the most, it was so finely chopped that it looked like minced meat, and there was so much mustard that I couldn't taste the rest, I didn't understand if there were onions or capers - I only felt mustard. I can only judge the presence of meat by its appearance, since I didn't even feel it. The pinsa was passable, the dough was delicious, if you cook it yourself - respect, if not, then why is it taking so long? The bacon that was drawn in the picture had three overcooked strips, and it was okay that they were crispy - in some places they were black. Considering that we arrived at one o'clock, and they were going to kick us out at two o'clock, the last dish, pinsu, was brought to us at 13:50. That is, we had 10 minutes to eat. By the way, the waitress found out how we were set, and I didn't hesitate to tell her about my impressions, which I present here. In response to my criticism, we were offered more coffee or tea as a compliment. We don't need coffee yet, we've already had a big cup. I also don't want tea after large cups of coffee.… As if the logical solution then would be to remove at least one coffee from the receipt as a compliment, but no… In general, the stars are for coffee and, with a stretch, for pinsa. The place looks nice, there are a lot of tables too, by the way, when we left there were three empty tables, I don't know why we had to leave at 14:00. I saw on Instagram that someone liked tar tar, but maybe we were just unlucky. It's still January 1st, but if you're going to participate in the gastrofest, it's better to prepare.

Nice interior, great choice of music, but what about pasta?(The prices are Moscow, but the pasta for that kind of money is just terrible. Fill the whole plate with half a mushroom, a little bit of chicken and 0 sauce and parmesan cheese. It's very bland and tasteless. Pizza is normal. They also forgot about the beer, they brought it at the very end. There is a lovely girl working, but she works alone (+ a girl in the kitchen), so the waiting time is increased. I ordered four cheeses for pince, expecting to receive exactly what is indicated in the description, namely cheeses, tomatoes and pine nuts, but they brought me something sweet and without nuts. As it turned out, the waitress found out about this by accident precisely because of my question (shouldn't she be warned?) where, in fact, are the nuts that the recipe has suddenly changed, and the test menu has not yet been reprinted (I attach the physical menu and online - nothing has changed so far). Now it's not a cheese paste, but a sweet mess due to the addition of pear syrup instead of nuts. If I had been warned, I would have taken it with a different unsweetened flavor. This is not a budget dish, and the waitress did not offer any compensation, at least as a free tea (which, by the way, also tasted like it had been brewed several times before), just ran away from the table. Well, she was asked to remove the arugula from the other pinsa, which she did not give to the cook. I am extremely disappointed with this institution.

There were 7 thin slices of champignons and 8 equally thin slices of chicken. The chicken is very salty. Spaghetti is clearly the cheapest. They were overcooked, the sauce was peppered (and this is taking into account the fact that I like spicy food). I couldn't eat it, although I tried because I was very hungry. The shrimp and avocado salad was the same-no problem. 4 fried tasteless shrimps (with husks in places), 4 squares of tomatoes (and this is in a season when vegetables are not like airplane wings), a bunch of lettuce leaves all floating in a tasteless mayonnaise dressing. One of the advantages of this salad is avocado. I was really lucky, the avocado turned out to be ripe and soft. That's all. 2) Maintenance. Very mediocre. The devices were simply thrown into a pile, the container itself, where the devices lie with some kind of brown garbage. We still didn't understand what it was. They asked to bring ice to cool the drinks. It was brought in a glass. How to apply it - with your hands. A spoon? No, you haven't. By the way, the waitress doesn't pour the drinks themselves. He just puts the bottle on the table. We were here for the first and last time. We recommend paying attention to the kitchen and the service. Minsk is full of really good places in your price range.
