I have been a client of this barbershop for over a year now. I am used to this place and would not like to change it. But the work of one of the administrators leaves much to be desired. The last time I arrived, I was booked into the wrong master, although the administrator confirmed my appointment via WhatsApp. I decided that I would not leave a bad review - just the human factor. They could have forgotten and confused. So when I arrived today (July 6), instead of 11:00 a.m., for some reason, I was scheduled for 11:30 a.m. and I sat and waited for an extra half hour for the second time in a row. I have all the correspondence. The fact that I have appointments at the wrong time or with the wrong master, I just find out just upon arrival. I choose a time that is convenient for me and I arrive without delay, not to sit and wait for another 30-60 minutes and be late for my business. I ask the Bahadur management to hold a conversation with the Jasmine administrator so that these incidents do not happen again. I like the master's work. I like your price list. I like the location and the salon itself. But such negligence on the part of the staff negates all the advantages that I described above.
