The rooms are excellent, the bathroom is chic, comfortable mattresses and pillows, snow-white linen, high-quality cosmetics, bottled water, everything is replenished in a timely manner. The cleaning is good! The territory of the hotel is small, but there was enough space for everyone - both in the sun and under umbrellas and in the shade that forms from the hotel building. Two swimming pools-a large heated one and a Jacuzzi, for children. The hotel has an excellent gym and sauna with Jacuzzi, spa services. I want to pay special attention to the staff - everyone is always smiling and responsive, There is a Russian-speaking staff at the reception - this is important!!!! Lifeguards work on the beach and by the pool, we saw the work of Prem with our own eyes - the reaction of a person is lightning fast!!! Wifi works perfectly, even on the beach. We turned out to be troublesome tourists, but not a single issue was left without attention and solutions. I highly recommend the hotel!!!! Do not hesitate, buy vouchers and enjoy your vacation!!!! The hotel is very decent.We checked in earlier , as soon as a free room appeared.The staff is attentive, helpful, and very friendly.The room is spacious and cozy, there is a tea corner, everything is replenished.Cleaning was carried out daily.We were lucky with the weather, there were practically no waves.Free sun beds can always be found.There is no queue in the restaurant, there are always free tables.There is not a very wide range of dishes for five stars, sometimes it was difficult for a child to find something from food.
