We came to print 50 photos. The photos were on Google Drive (the photos were taken on an iOS device). At first, we refused 50! They wanted to download photos from Google Drive and send them to Telegram. We asked them to turn on critical thinking and they agreed. We paid 200k for the printout, we were told that it would be ready within half an hour. We're gone. Half an hour later, my wife returned, and they said to her: but your format is not the same, we do not print in this format. The wife asks: what to do? They tell her: But we don't know, we don't care. Bring the required format and we'll print it out. The next day (today), my wife converts the photos to the format THEY need, but they ARE NOT WORKING TODAY. 1) They did not offer to return the money at the first joint. 2) Instead of solving the problem, the phrase "we don't know anything" 3) They did not warn that they would not work the next day. 4) Instead of converting to the desired format themselves and calling back that the printing was delayed, they just gave up on us. In fact: the money has been paid, the service has not been rendered, complete incompetence, 1/10 attitude towards the client.
