Support is a separate topic: 5 days! it took them to change the phone number and restore access to the app (eternal tomorrow, tomorrow). On the 4th day, it is impossible to solve the problem with transfers, it feels like they are artificially creating obstacles so that customers do not withdraw money. The bank absolutely does not fight for customers. What kind of relationship should the client conclude after this?! Of course, run from this bank as soon as possible, close all accounts and forget about this bank.
