Large rooms, comfortable bed, clean towels and bed linen, there is a refrigerator, air conditioning. Great view during breakfast, good fresh delicious breakfast. Of the minuses, athletes lived on the floor and there were underpants, socks, clothes lying all over the floor, their sneakers stood and stank. There is a restaurant on the fifth floor and you can hear everything very well during the holidays. The elevator was working every other day. In the shower, everything is a little tired (the upper watering can does not work, the shower doors that flew off the rollers do not close, the watering can regulator also does not work) and the unwashed plaque in the toilets on the watering cans, often in the evenings it smells terrible.

It was in January 2024. A hotel that calls itself a "4-star hotel". The rooms are dirty, there are dried cockroaches, bees, flies on the carpet. Apparently since the summer. The door from the chiffonier is broken, it does not open. There is no bottled water in the room. The room is not cleaned. During the 3 days of stay, the towels were never changed, the garbage was not taken out. I had to take it out into the corridor in a bag. Smart TV was connected only to a certain Wi-Fi network, the password for which was not given to us. Every time I had to call an employee. Of the advantages: Excellent heating, the rooms are warm. Gorgeous mountain view from the fifth floor-cafe. Clean snow-white linen.
