Nice LCD. We live in building 7. It's warm, I work on communications. 3 elevators. The entrances are clean. However, the inter-apartment audibility is very strong. Someone sneezes at the neighbors, we can hear everything through the walls and we want to say "be healthy".))) Elevator and entrance to the entrance using paid chips. This is inconvenient for guests and couriers.

The courtyard area is small for so many people and open. We rented a two-bedroom apartment here: the rooms are small and cramped, although the price is decent. My rating is average, not impressed. One advantage of the area: near the left bank, there are all shops and pharmacies around.

Residents are trying to solve this issue by installing a barrier. Next to the Baikonur residential complex there is a shopping center where Magnum is located, near a meat pavilion with a good selection of products, many different shops where you can buy what you need for the kitchen, everyday life. There are many public transport routes, you can easily get to/from any part of the city. It is located on the right bank, but due to its location, you can quickly get to most places on the left bank
