The courtyard area is small for so many people and open. We rented a two-bedroom apartment here: the rooms are small and cramped, although the price is decent. My rating is average, not impressed. One advantage of the area: near the left bank, there are all shops and pharmacies around.

The houses are warm, with good sound insulation. The disadvantage is the driveway. And although the rules prohibit through passage through yards, some drivers do not comply with this restriction. Residents are trying to solve this issue by installing a barrier. Next to the Baikonur residential complex there is a shopping center where Magnum is located, near a meat pavilion with a good selection of products, many different shops where you can buy what you need for the kitchen, everyday life. There are many public transport routes, you can easily get to/from any part of the city. It is located on the right bank, but due to its location, you can quickly get to most places on the left bank

Convenient location. There is a children's playground and a fenced field for football and other games. There are simulators for residents. In a strong wind, the building shakes a little, sometimes even the facing tiles fall off.
