Still one of the highest hotels in Bangkok and Thailand in general with stunning panoramic views of the city. Good breakfasts. But 5 stars are no longer enough just because of age - renovation is needed.

4 out of respect for the place. we stayed for 1 day. all you can visit this place for is an observation deck, the view from it is excellent especially at night and anyone can visit it with a special ticket. As for the hotel, the old one is no longer relevant, both in the room and in public spaces.

There is a huge clothing market near the hotel, shopping centers are not far away - there is a shuttle bus to them, 20-25 minutes on foot back! Beautiful view from the window (take the sky level rooms). A varied breakfast (Japanese, Indian, European, Chinese cuisine). You can eat on the 18th floor in a cafe next to the golf course. The food is delicious, the prices are like in cafes on the coast. Fruits are sold next to the registration and prices are like everywhere else - running around looking for a penny cheaper will only waste time. Near the hotel there is a large market and a street of Indian cafes. The food there is average, the prices are too high. Bayoka tastes better and the prices are normal. There is a swimming pool in bayoka - very cold and heavily chlorinated. Spas are expensive.
