Отличный ТЦ - лучший в Атырау и не только! Есть 2 момента над которыми нужно поработать руководству: 1. Парковка ужасно организована. Частые проблемы с шлагбаумами и поток не контролируется; 2. Отличный гипермаркет Marca частенько превращается в бардак из-за совершенно не организованных касс. Кассиры отлично работают, также как и другие сотрудники, дело не в них. Не хватает современных методов борьбы с очередями, таких как: разделение касс на те что для покупателей с тележками и корзинками; кассы самообслуживания помогут контролировать фот без вреда для работы (ни разу не видел, чтобы все кассы работали, даже в самый ажиотаж).

Мне понравилось, много магазинчиков и огромный супермаркет. Кондиционеры работают отлично, кафе, кофе, мороженое .... Удобное расположение, есть все для детей и взрослых. Мне нравится этот ТЦ.
