Terrible salon. I do not advise you to go there. I booked my mom in advance for hair and makeup. They burned the scalp and refused to treat the wound and finish the hairstyle and makeup. I understand there are such moments, but it is elementary to provide first aid if you yourself have caused harm to your health. Blisters and redness formed on the scalp. Mom even says on the video that it hurts and hisses, but they assured her that there was nothing and the video was filmed and there was a special redness in the hair on the video. And still the redness is visible. By the time I got home, blisters had already formed. The irresponsibility of the administration is a separate conversation. The request to make at least a make-up since time is running out for the event was refused. There is no worse eatery, there is not even a first-aid kit. As a result, we got burned and wasted nerves and time... I have a video from where a screenshot of the photos that I attached was taken. When asked why such an attitude towards customers, because the customer is always right, they replied "that this is a New Kazakhstan and the customer is nobody here"🤦🏻♀️ instead of apologizing, offering water and treating the wound, they were rude to my mother (and she is 70 years old!!!) I am generally silent about education and respect... Rather than going to such a place, it is better to save your time, money, nerves and health...
