Baker Professional honestly has a really impressive selection of professional kitchen and restaurant equipment. The quality of the products is good, and they seem to have almost everything needed for people working professionally in the industry. From the product side, the store has a lot of potential. Unfortunately, the entire experience gets ruined by the staff. I have never experienced customer service this rude and disrespectful before. Especially two girls working there — I don’t know if they are managers or what their positions are — but the way they speak to customers is completely unacceptable. They treat clients with attitude and disrespect, almost as if customers are an inconvenience to them. People come there ready to spend money and expect to be treated with basic professionalism and decency, not spoken to like garbage. No matter how good the products are, terrible customer service is enough to make customers never want to come back. I genuinely hope the owner takes this seriously and fixes the problem, because the business itself has a lot of potential, but the customer service is damaging the entire experience.
