I haven't been to Satpayev, but I'm constantly taking coffee at their branch on the central embankment! They have a good assortment, there is a discount of up to 12.00 on coffee with a croissant. Drinks are not expensive, the staff is pleasant and helpful!

They place an order quickly, regardless of the number of visitors. They are always friendly. But what bothers me is they can't regulate the sweetness and temperature of the drink. I like sugar-free and hot cappuccino. I tried to take a latte, it wasn't hot either (and of course the milk made it sweeter)
