A small hotel, near two metro stations, grocery stores and, of course, the Marmara Sea. It is very convenient to get from the airport by Havaist bus for 180 liras (September 2024). There is also an IELTS test center nearby, which is why we lived here.
Among the disadvantages - the air conditioner does not work, sometimes it smells like cigarettes from the street, the sound insulation is not at the best level.
Overall, only good memories, so 5 stars 👍🏻
