I'll tell you about the family dinner. Since we go to the cafe regularly, the children are already a little guided in their preferences and the required number of dishes. The cost for 4 (2 adults and 2 children) turned out to be 170 rubles. At the same time, all the dishes were eaten clean. In terms of taste and quality, a strong five. I will note the cold brew on kefir (not perfect, but very close). When it's hot, it's worth checking the output of dishes, it's delicious, but sometimes the portions are moderate in size.

The restaurant is conveniently located, there is an opportunity to sit outside, and since there is a pedestrian zone around, this is also pleasing - cars do not scurry past. Hello! 13.12 in the evening, I poisoned myself with dumplings here (chuchvara in Dungan). We accepted the order at about 20.00, after about 1.5 hours it became ill, all the symptoms associated with poisoning appeared, followed by a high fever. Before that, there was a standard meal in the afternoon, nothing unusual, I felt good.
I want to note that I have ordered this dish more than once before and there were no problems.
I ask you to influence this situation. The desire to come to this institution has completely disappeared.

The atmosphere is pleasant. The music is not loud. But the staff is not very efficient considering that not even the whole hall was occupied. The food is of average quality. Although I haven't tried everything, of course. For the money that they ask for dishes, you could cook better. But at the end of the get-togethers, we encountered a rather boorish behavior of the administrator. They brought a dish that was not cooked tasty. And when trying to sort out what we can do for you. The option not to pay for a poorly cooked dish was not even considered.
And the second situation is when one of the girls was accused on indirect grounds that she had fenced off their toilet and demanded less money because the cleaner refused to clean it. And they demanded from 30 to 50p. This, in my opinion, is out of the ordinary.

I went on a date with a girl, having previously booked a table.
As a result, in the hall, against the background of wonderful, comfortable chairs and a wonderful atmosphere, two wooden chairs and an ordinary wooden round table in the corner of the hall were received. This spoiled the atmosphere of the date as much as possible. It was incredibly embarrassing that I decided to take the girl to this particular institution.
The waiters know the menu, but they are timid in front of the guests, they often ask and clarify the same thing, sometimes they cannot conduct a dialogue properly. They also do not know the cooking time at all, they said one thing, but in fact they received something completely different.
After ordering, they immediately took the entire menu from the table, which is why they constantly had to ask for it again.
Dolma was cooked terribly. Instead of the promised filling of lamb, tomato and cucumber, I got ordinary meat with rice, which were also bland, tasteless. The "garlic sauce" that was served also did not differ in taste, it had one name from garlic.
Of the two portions of khachapuri, only one satisfied us. The second one was obvious that it had been cooked for a long time, it was just warmed up for us, as well as in it, instead of one yolk, there was an abundant amount of raw egg white, which spoiled the taste. They didn't eat it.
They did not think to add sugar to the tea pot at all, although it would seem that this is very obvious.
Zarafshan was served with rice that was not fully cooked, which was practically tasteless itself, and the side dish only added meat flavor to it, but they did not get any gastronomic pleasure from the word at all.
The salad was different from what was shown on the menu. Not only was the portion visually smaller, but it was also quite poor in content.
Shurpa with mutton was probably the only thing that I liked from everything that I tasted during the evening.
I do not recommend it.

1 star exclusively for lagman soup, which according to the menu is declared as a TRADITIONAL soup with beef, homemade noodles, potatoes, vegetables and herbs. As a result, we get 15p: 350 grams in the form of fresh and maximally salty broth, 3-4 long strips of homemade noodles (poorly boiled to everything else, which makes them stick to the teeth), a huge mountain of carrots, a pinch of parsley and dill (in the sum of both) and a couple of pieces of tomatoes.
Having tried lagman in all establishments in Minsk with previous experience of consumption both in Uzbekistan (where the soup dish comes from) and in Russia (Moscow, St. Petersburg and several large cities), I know for sure both several recipes and the traditional filling of the dish (homemade noodles, lamb \ beef, sweet pepper, tomatoes, greens (cilantro, dill), celery, garlic). There are no potatoes in the classic recipe, but in general it does not spoil the dish. But there are no potatoes, garlic, or peppers here.
On a previous visit, I wrote off the cook, but as it turned out, this is exactly what is served here (last time I took shurpa, lagman and dolmas, which in general do not differ from the current lagman)
So confidently 1 star, I do not recommend trying Uzbek shit here

This is the first time we have been in Minsk, we were disappointed with the staff service here in general. The people here are not friendly, that the taxi drivers are rude Belarusians, the consultants in the shops are also rude, that the girls at the checkout are rude. At the expense of the tea house, guests are greeted with reluctance, well, they were escorted to the place and forgotten for a long time, the menu was not brought until we asked for it ourselves. We sat waiting for 10-15 minutes, catching the waiters' eyes, who would notice us, but everyone didn't care about us. We were sitting at a big table at the waiters' counter! They pass by, they see us, they look at us and that's it. Is it just like that?! We always leave tips, order food for at least 200-300 rubles, when we come to any institution, we are used to good service. But this is not about you, unfortunately. The food is manta dumplings, khinkali are not tasty at all, what was ordered. The dough is thick, dry, and not tasty meat. The staff is not attentive, not friendly. There is only one disappointment. Pay attention to the service, attention to the guests! Or is it only to non-Slavs that this attitude is? We noticed that people of Slavic appearance receive more attention in service faster and more than we guests from another country.
