A picturesque place. As soon as you cross the threshold, you are immediately "attacked" by many, many touts. They chatter like seagulls, get in the way, invite you to their restaurant, shout about a discount, about a large selection of meze, etc. At first, they were a little shocked by such an obsession and were even going to go to a restaurant outside the market.😅 But many people recommended this place, nevertheless they decided to look around and walk further around the territory, and they did not lose!! At a distance from the entrance and from the fish stalls, respectively, where there is already a zone with a large number of tables, we were met by a polite young man. Calmly and without undue intrusiveness, he explained the system, invited me to his small restaurant, and showed me his fish shop. The system - you can order seafood from the menu, or you can choose it yourself from the counter and for an additional fee per person, everything will be prepared for you. The cost of cooking was 100 lire per person. There were four of us, seafood was picked from the counter: Dorado 2 pcs. (1 kg.) 550 lire, large shrimp 1 kg. 1000 lire, salmon steak, I do not remember the price, unfortunately. The dishes were wonderful!!!During my 10-day trip to the cities of the Mediterranean coast, I ate fish a lot, but this one was the most delicious. The freshest, most delicate fish of large size, grilled. The shrimps were stewed in a creamy garlic sauce, served in a frying pan, also divine, not overexposed. The dishes included a bottle of cold water, arugula, lemon, and a basket of the freshest bread with a crispy crust. We didn't pay a single lira for this and for the service!!!(I read it in the reviews here and was surprised that it was included in the receipt). Additionally, we took a portion of vegetable salad for four adults (it's big, it's even a lot for two), Turkish tea, cola, salad with avocado. They left happy and satisfied with their dinner👍🏼 To compare prices: for two, fish + cooking came out at 750 liras. In restaurants, the cost of a serving per person is 600-750 lira, but the fish itself is smaller in size and tastes a little inferior anyway.
